คุณสมบัติ

เพศ : หญิง / ชาย

อายุ(ปี) : 35 – 45 ปี

ระดับการศึกษา : Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. (ระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิชาการเงินการบัญชี หรือสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง)

ประสบการณ์(ปี) : มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงินอย่างน้อย 10 ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• เคยทำงานในระดับผู้จัดการฝ่าย และมีการบริหารผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาในทีม บริหารทั้งงานและบุคคลในทีมได้อย่างมีศักยภาพ
• Financial management experience
• Strong aptitude for math
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong analytical skills
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1) Support the integration of Mondi Coating TH
2) Establish financial reporting in line with requirements of a stock listed group
3) Implement cost accounting to enable profitability analysis on product and customer level
4) Ensure full compliance with Mondi Group guidelines and implement internal control procedures in line with Mondi’s requirements and ensure that appropriate and consistent procedures and control tools are in place for the control of the site’s finances
5) Support and monitor Mondi Group-Thailand’s strategy implementation and achievement of the business plan
6) Ensure monitoring and analyses of the business’s financial results to ensure that targets will be met; identify any issues of concern and report to the Finance Director of Mondi Coating TH and Managing Director of Mondi Coating TH
7) Responsibility for accounting services (bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, AR/AP, cash management, payroll and credit control) and tax
8) Drive profit improvement and working capital reduction initiatives
9) Act as the contact for internal and external auditors
10) Other jobs may be assigned by supervisor
11) Understand the significance of environmental management within the framework of ISO 14001; environmental development, in conjunction with business development, focuses on pollution prevention and environmental protection in order to eliminate environmental impact and reduce production costs in the business
12) Understanding of the risks and hazards of the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Manage and control relevant operations through information, communication, and training, incorporating the Occupational Health and Safety Management System into corporate business processes
